Measures 39" x 4 1/4" with spaces to hold six school-sized photos in acetate photo sleeves.
Measures child from 2'6" to 5'6", with marks every inch. Record dates with a permanent marker.
Personalize with one name only, 12 characters max.
Designs may be changed slightly, due to the size/shape of the growth chart.
